Katherine Heigl first wore this electric blue Reem Acra Resort 2010 dress to the “Late Show With David Letterman” back in July of last year.

This is such a great dress for Katherine from the colour to the cut.

I love how the wrap over style of this dress nips her in at the waist.

My only complaint would be the black shoes – I think she should have gone for something bolder.

Carla Gugino then wore this dress in black to the Hollywood Forgien Press Association’s Annual Installation Lunch in LA back in August 2009.

Carla has chosen to wear the v-neck of this dress slightly higher but I think she could have gotten away with a lower cut like Katherine.

I think that Carla manages to make this dress look a bit mumsy somehow.

The T bar shoes are cute though.

Katherine wins this round for me – she looks radiant in this colour.

She looked super chic wearing a Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2012 dress.

Baselworld 2012 opens in a broadly favorable overall context. The second will begin after the end of Baselworld 2012 and will be completed by February 2013. The World Watchmaking and Jewelry Salon still has a bright future ahead.

Taylor Momsen was recently pictured on the set of “Gossip Girl” in Central Park, New York.

As you can see from the pictures her make-up is lighter, her hair looks like a comb has actually been through it, and her wardrobe isn’t too grungy.

A solid crowd of models (Maryna, Nimue, Madisyn, Behati, Zuzana) and some rather elated students gathered at the Calvin Klein store on Madison Avenue last night. The Parsons Fashion Benefit 2009 Pre-Party, as the event was rather laboriously called, was a warm-up of sorts for the real thing, which is scheduled for April 29 at Cipriani Wall Street and will honor the label’s president and CEO, Tom Murry, and its creative director, Francisco Costa. The latter had a few choice words for the students, whose graduation collections were on display: “Never lose your excitement. Never, ever put it to rest.” Speaking of excitement, Leighton Meester, who was also in attendance, couldn’t disguise hers for the Spring runway dress she was wearing. “I feel like the dress really speaks for itself. It’s really flawless, on the hanger, on the body. I feel like a million bucks.” Many of the other guests pawed through the racks; a percentage of the evening’s proceeds went toward Parsons.—Kelley Hoffman

Following her appearance at the 9th Annual G’Day USA Los Angeles Gala on Saturday, she attended the Warner Bros And InStyle Golden Globe Awards party on Sunday.

French actress Emmanuelle Beart looked stunning as the walked the red carpet the closing ceremony for the “2010 Moscow Film Festival” with her Director husband Michael Cohen.

At the ceremony she was awarded the Stanislavsky prize for her outstanding achievement in her career of acting and devotion to the principles of Stanislavsky’s school prize.

She was no doubt also awarded the prize for being the best dressed at this event wearing an Elie Saab Fall 2010 gown.

Her blue tulle gown with a draped bodice looks amazing on her. She carries it with such grace.

I’ve always been in love with this floaty gown and I couldn’t think of anyone more perfectly stylish to wear it.

Vogue Russia threw a fabulous party attended by many local socialites to celebrate the Film Festival.

Olivia Palmero is the current face of Mango.

Free clothes don’t seem to be the only perk of the job Olivia attended a show in Moscow on Wednesday and by Friday she was in Shanghai attending another Mango show.

I’m sure seeing the same show might get bit redundant, but the free clothes and travel surely make up for it.

On Saturday night Lea Michele attended the Mohegan Sun’s 15th anniversary celebration in Uncasville, Connecticut.

She selected a Luca Luca Spring 2012 ensemble.
